Johnson's Courtyard
The brief for this project was to create a modern, clutter free space requiring minimal maintenance whilst providing an elegant place to relax and entertain.
Focusing around an L-shape pool the garden takes advantage of earthy materials such as teak and limestone, enhanced by new wave planting of grasses and daisy like perennials. A row of Sorbus feature trees helps to mask the boundary and provide some privacy from the house next door.
With a combination of exposed brick walls and white rendered raised beds the space has been transformed into a chic courtyard suitable for any urban retreat.
