The Urban Farm - Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2011
The Urban Farm originally started life as a way to show people how to grow vegetables in the smallest of spaces. The brief being a 21st Century Vegetable Garden. Since then it has developed into much much more.
Built from only recycled materials the garden now focuses on sustainability and green energy production. We have developed the design to include green energy gym equipment, water storage, solar water heating and photovoltaic panels. Not bad for a space only 5m x 10m. Not to mention that all the planting within the space is fruit, veg and herb planting.
This is the ultimate modern day vegetable garden for the modern day city dweller. No more muddy rows of carrots, all our veg is grown in containers and up walls.
